The location of the hotel was great, situated on a quiet beach but still close to restaurants and bars. We enjoyed the basic yet comfortable bungalows, which provided all the essentials for a beach holiday. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The room was cleaned daily and the staff was very kind and helpful. They gave us a new room with aircon for the same price as the bungalows with fan as we were not happy with it. the beach was near, just a short walk away, and it was peaceful and quiet.

It was quite expensive for what they offer. There is no privacy at all, our bungalow was basically facing the parking and people come in and out absolutely all the time.

The beach itself was stunning, and we enjoyed exploring the quieter, more peaceful areas. Despite the low price, the internet connection was surprisingly good. We also appreciated the filtered water dispenser, which helped reduce our use of plastic bottles. we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend New Andaman Bay Bungalow.

New Andaman Bay Bungalow in Koh Lanta was chosen by my director for our business trip, and I must say it was a fantastic choice! The guests at the hotel were treated to a truly relaxing experience with the option to indulge in a massage or other spa services. I personally enjoyed a rejuvenating massage that left me feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the day ahead. The spa facilities were top-notch, providing a serene and calming atmosphere that enhanced the experience.

But, I must mention one minor issue I encountered during my stay.
